Verona Gearless Series
The Verona range of gearless elevator machines, versions,
delivers top performance even under heavy duty work cycles and high temperature conditions, thanks also to the use of magnets that retain their field strength through time.
Thanks to the X1, X2, X3 and X4 versions, the Verona model can handle loads ranging from 320 to 1000 kg, with speeds up to 2 m/s and travel distances up to 30.
The 24 pole PM motor guarantees the best possible performance in relation to comfort, energy efficiency and reliability, all supplied in an ultra-compact format.

The compact dimensions of Verona gearless elevator machines, versions, facilitate installation in any machine roomless elevator system, also with reduced headroom. Using the dedicated racks, the Orange1 Verona gearless elevator machine, versions, can be readily installed also in elevator systems with machine room and 1: 1 roping.
SELECTION AND TECHNICAL
CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE
Orange1 customers can use the “Orange1 Configuration Wizard” which, on uploading elevator system data, returns a selection of the most suitable Orange1 gearless machines. The Orange1 Configuration Wizard also supplies a comparison between the machine rating data and the effective operating values of the specific elevator system, supplying also safety and rope traction calculations, inverter selection, emergency braking distance, operating costs for electricity and efficiency class.
