The product for this market?
We decided to enter this market by acquiring the knowledge base and capital equipment of TOP GEARS, proceeding then to further implement solutions on the electromagnetic level, that have resulted in products offering higher performance in terms of noise levels and energy efficiency. Our operational team is composed of 36 engineers. We have been building solid experience on the market because we have spent more than 15 years developing projects and making the related windings for the elevators sector alongside the top players in the field.
What about Orange1's experience in the lift sector?
In addition to studying, designing, and producing windings for many customers in the elevators sector, we are also world leader in CRANE motors, specialising in TOWER CRANES for high-rise construction projects. We have installed more than 100 thousand motors around the world and contributed to the construction of prestigious buildings in major cities including London, Istanbul, Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai, and Sydney. The technical features and reliability of our products have allowed us to assume a position of absolute leadership in this market.
What is your product range?
Our current production includes gearless and geared motors with load capacities of 320, 480, and 630 kg, and it will be further expanded by January 2026 with units capable of handling up to 2,000 kg.
Our main goal is to introduce significant technological improvements in this market as well, focusing on reducing energy consumption through technical solutions we are already testing and have implemented in some of our existing products. In particular, we are drawing from a project we developed and currently produce for a turbo-compressor used in the top-tier models of the VW Group.
Where is your production site?
Our production is based in our historic Arsiè headquarters in the province of Belluno. We chose this plant where we find the top resources on the production process level, plus an advanced logistics management system that will allow us meet this market with a fitting level of service in relation to expectations. Our product is 100% MADE IN ITALY.
The electromechanical design of our products is also developed thanks to important connections with the Universities of Padua and Turin.
